By accessing or using Tvix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Tvix provides a personal memory layer for AI agents, including memory capture, storage, retrieval, wiki, and integrations with third-party tools via MCP and OAuth.
3. Your Data
You retain ownership of your content. We process your data only to provide the service. Your data is not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Tvix in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to our billing policy.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.
7. Disclaimer
Tvix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
