Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect account information (such as email), content you store in Tvix (memories, notes, folders, chat), integration data you authorize (e.g. Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Photos, Slack, Notion), and technical logs needed to operate the service.

1a. Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Tvix may access the following Google user data, only with your consent and only for the purposes described here:

• Gmail — read email to create searchable memories from messages you authorize us to sync; send email only when you request that Tvix send or draft mail.
• Google Calendar — read calendar events to remember meetings and related context for chat and connected agents.
• Google Drive — read files you sync (such as documents and PDFs) to organize them into Folders and make them available as memory.
• Google Photos — read recent photos when you connect Photos, to store related visual context as memories you can review and delete.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or Photos content to train AI models. You may disconnect Google and delete associated memories at any time from Tvix.

Tvix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve Tvix, sync authorized integrations, power agent memory retrieval, and communicate about the product. We do not use your conversations or memories to train AI models.

3. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors only as needed to operate the service (hosting, authentication, LLM providers under Zero Data Retention agreements). We do not sell personal data.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). OAuth credentials are encrypted at the application level. Access is protected with JWT authentication and row-level isolation.

5. Retention and Deletion

You can export or delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, we remove associated personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your Choices

You may disconnect integrations, delete memories, and opt out of model training. For security practices details, see our Privacy & Security page.
